A scaled-down version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 seemed inevitable. Following in the footsteps of the Galaxy S3 Mini, Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S4 Mini for release on an as-yet-unknown date. As reported by Android Central, the Galaxy S4 Mini is 4.3-inch device with a 960 x 540 qHD SuperAMOLED display.
The S4 Mini will be available in either white or black finishes, with 4G LTE, 3G, and 3G Dual Sim models all planned. Unfortunately, there’s no official indication of when the S4 Mini will launch, or how much the device will cost. A UK retailer, Phones4U, claims the device will launch sometime in July. Samsung is holding an event in London on June 20, where it’s expected the company should offer further details.
