Google Releases Wii Street U App

Google has released its free Wii Street U app on the Wii U eShop. First announced back in December, Wii Street U allows players to use Google Maps to get a 360-degree view of an address or location using Google Street View.

Users can type in a location on the GamePad, then use the touch screen to navigate or move the tablet for a panorama view. In addition to allowing users to enter an address, Google has also allowed instant views of “over 70 fascinating, hand-picked locations around the globe.”

More information is available on Nintendo’s official site, or you can try it out for yourself by heading to the eShop.
